Cemented prosthesis

Abutments for cementing on Essential Cone implants.

1

4º straight abutments

The Essential Cone prosthetic system has straight, anti-rotational cementing abutments with a 4° taper available in two cementable heights (4.5 mm and 6 mm). These abutments are fixed to the implant with a ttc* screw. For the fabrication of cast prosthetic work, burn-out abutments are available for single (black burn-out) and multiple (white burn-out) restorations.

2

Angled abutments

The Essential Cone prosthetic system has 6°, 12°, 17° and 22° angled abutments made of grade V titanium with cementable heights between 7.2 and 7.5 mm. These abutments are fixed to the implant with a ttc* screw. The use of the circular burn-out ring helps in the fabrication of the casting work for these abutments.

3

Machinable abutment

Grade V titanium abutment available to be shaped and customised in cases of complex prostheses. This system allows for the creation of customised abutments.

*ttc (Tight To Cone): The ttc system consists of a screw with two threads, one clockwise and one anticlockwise. The clockwise thread at the apex of the screw fixes the abutment to the implant. he reverse thread, located approximately in the middle of the screw, performs the self-ejection of the abutment. The screw must be screwed into the abutment correctly: the anticlockwise thread is to be screwed in anticlockwise. Finally, the clockwise thread can be screwed in clockwise.
